Mould BuildingPattern Construction is mainly used for our customers in bus and train interiors, as well as for the medical area. After transmission of 3D product data, we construct complete polyurethane foam tools (RIM). Depending on the quantity of ordered items, we create simple tools made out of synthetic resin or aluminum with or without tempering. For higher volumes, a complete tool with aluminum tempering, hydraulic ejectors, hydraulic valves and hydraulic lifters is constructed. According to customer adjustment requests and after release of form data by our customers, the molds are manufactured on our CNC milling. One of our specialties is the production of large-scale models made of foam. In this section we produce e.g. front-end hoods for train industry, interior trims, models for wind turbines and for the conversion of emergency vehicles.
