Pattern Building

Since founding of Kitzerow Model Construction in 1919, foundry tooling has a special position in our company and was continuously adapted to the different requirements of our customers.

So today a variety of different model types is offered and produced. Starting with the draft up to complex 3-D CAD data, everything is being processed. Our daily work consists in producing Model Constructions as hand shaped models, models out of styrofoam, -timber, synthetic resin and -metal.

Particularly in the area of core boxes we became well known. Shooting core boxes L20, H12, H30 LB40 and H50 core boxes are no strangers to us. Core boxes with ejector system via springs or machine-driven ejector system are part of our responsibilities as well as lot and train parts controlled by pneumatics or hydraulics.

Cronning core boxes made of cast grey iron or steel, including ejector and ejector plate are prepared in 3D CAD and processed on our CNC milling machine with individual CAM creation.

After creating the model in the CAD facility, you will be forwarded with the data for release and, possibly, revision of additional requests.

After completion, we create an acceptance report (if desired) and a measurement protocol for each model and core models.
