Once our customers in the automotive, bus and train industry increasingly demanded serial tools, today we are a reliable supporter for the wholesale industry in the areas of hot-pressing tools, SMC tools and wet-pressing tools. On the basis of provided 3D product data, we construct the complete tool assembly according to specific customer requirements and specifications. The tool assembly with ejector plates, hydraulic ejectors, hydraulic valves, tempering holes and the necessary connections are an essential standard for us. According to customer requirements, the tools are manufactured in aluminum or tool steel. After completion, an inspection as well as a measuring protocol of the component contour are being effected in our company.
