Front mask of an ICE rail car
Existing CAD data were processed according to the information of the customer. Due to the size of the final front mask of about 4 x 3 x 4 meters after completion, the form was divided into equally sized pieces. This system allowed an optimal cutting. Another advantage was the possibility of a separate reconstruction of single boards in case of later adjustments. With a well thought-out fitting system the single units could be assembled to a complete front mask.
